The dealership is fine, Jason, who took care of me was very efficient explained everything thoroughly. My only complaint is what I’ve had for a while is that I just don’t feel like it should take three hours to change the oil, rotate tires and align them.

I would like to share my experience with Jim Zook in the parts department at Beck & Masten Kia recently. I needed a starter that I was told by two other Kia dealers that it was on back order. Jim found one that was at another Kia dealer on the other side of town and he had their driver pick it up and had it back there at 5:00! He called me to arrange pick up and I called back and said it was going to be a little after closing time and he patiently waited for me to get there ...

Very nice dealership, far better than the one near my house (which will remain nameless), no issues with the car that wasn’t there before, and given a detailed list of what was performed on the car and what was needed to fix. Even though they’re a long drive, I’ll go back to them for any further repairs.
