Margo was so helpful in dealing with both mine and my brother’s cars at the same time when we came in today! She gave us an accurate time frame for repairs which made planning our day much easier. She let me know what additional repairs we needed or what would need looking at in the near future so we could plan ahead. Nick Hines went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. He has been very helpful from first contact and test drive to working through purchase and contact and help after the sale. My previous car had died so i was in a rental. While we were waiting for finance and final paperwork, Nick followed me so I could return the rental car. Definitely not the average car salesman.

Although things were moving slowly, if it wasn’t for the sales consultant Cielo Dordan I probably would’ve had left and not make a deal. I did not feel pressured from Cielo, which was something that I fear coming to the dealership. Cielo is the reason why I rated a 5 start. Thank you Cielo for helping me get my K5, you’re the best!

The service dept fixed the issues with my car with no problems. It did take much longer than expected to complete the repairs, but they were waiting on a part. My biggest complaint was with our service advisor. She gave no feedback and never responded to questions when asked.
This was my 2nd time getting service. Johnny was outstanding. Got me jn and out sooner than I expected. Attentive and efficient. That is how it should be.
