The Sorento offers 17″ alloy wheels with upgrades available in 19″. On the other hand, the Sportage offers 17″ alloy wheels, machine finish with 18″ and 19″ available upgrades. Both Kia models offer an available Panoramic sunroof for bringing a little extra light into the driving experience. While the Sportage is a crossover SUV that’s not as roomy, the Sorento offers the addition of 7-passenger seating to transport larger families.

The new 2020 Sorento LX comes standard-equipped with a 185 hp, 178lb/ft torque 2.4L 4-cylinder joined with an Electronically Controlled 6-Speed Automatic Transmission with Sportmatic. While a 252lb/ft of torque, 290hp 3.3L DOHC 24-valve V6 mated with an Electronically Controlled 8-Speed Automatic Transmission with Sportmatic is available on the Sorento L/EX/SX models. The Sportage meanwhile comes standard-equipped with a 181hp, 175lb/ft of torque 2.4L 4-cylinder and the option to upgrade to a 260lb/ft torque, 240hp 2.0L Turbo 4-cylinder for a little extra freeway capability. Both platforms are merged with a standard Electronically Controlled 6-Speed Automatic Transmission with Sportmatic.
