He’s very professional and honest no pushing about buying and answer all of our questions. Very limited communication at service department. They use the SMS system but, they do not answer messages promptly.

Not a bad place for me to get my service done! Purchased my Kia Telluride here and we’re about to head west to California so we needed to ensure the dealership took care of our long drive needs. Did all our checks, oil and rotated tires, were ready to go. Free WiFi, coffee, and AC (haha) so I was able to get my work done while waiting. Great job guys

The process was simple. Hunter was attentive, answering our questions. This was the best car buying experience I have had ever. I will say the financing part was slow and painful. Try to do as much pre visit.
I've been wowed. You can easily make a reservation for service online or with the KIA app. Once there they offered me an Uber in case I didn't want to wait. They even offered an Uber to pick me up and bring me back once my car was ready. I was kept informed all the way via text messages. I had an issue with the Cal tech product when bought the a week ago due to communication during finance. It’s lot to digest for electronic contract. There are 3rd party contracts that’s non cancellable such as coating ( due to type of service). I was not happy with it but Loab Burke “Doc” called me to dealer ship and took care of it. Thanks to Doc, Beck and Masten kia has a great product ( new gen Kia), personable staff. Thanks!!
I didn't ever take our vehicles to dealerships before having a Kia, but I've been pleasantly surprised by how well we're taken care of at Beck & Masten. Jason Lucas is my favorite service rep - he always does his best to explain what we need and what we can wait on. I got a comparison quote at another shop once, and they wanted to charge way more (and do more than I needed).
My car was serviced for an Oil change and the service was five out of five. Staff was friendly and courteous, I would recommend this place to take care of your vehicle services .

This is a great place dealrship to buy from. They are not hounds like most places I've been to. The buying process was easy and fun. All the extra add-ons when buying are not attached to the sale price.

Ms. Margo Beard (Service Advisor) has such a pleasant demeanor and spirit. This was my second time having her help me, and each time she showed enthusiasm in ensuring I had a pleasant experience. The wait time in service has always been 2.5hrs at least for oil change. This second time I got oil change with an alignment and it was 3hrs. Overall, Ms. Margo Beard greeted me with a smile that continued throughout my updates! She’s so awesome!!

What was a horrible situation (my battery died) and I had no car/transportation. I was pleased with service, both at the desk and the work they did on my car. My car was thoroughly checked out, oil was changed and tires were rotated and I was told about an alignment issue that was addressed at this time! Plus it was ready when I was told it would be, washed and looking good!
