My first experience with Matt in the Service Department was excellent! The customer service is excellent; they are so mannerable and helpful to their customers.My second experience was not as good. My car waa not the same as I left it. It was last week. After my repair I came to pick my car up & my car would not start and they gave me a battery boost and the car started. They told me thay my battery waa bad and offered to sell me a new battery for $187-$300, Ideclined. My ac now blows hot on the driver's side ...
Staff is very friendly. Service is good. I wish they were a little less sales-y and would stop trying to upsell me on other services. But I also understand that’s just business.
The service department thus far has been one of the most honest I have experienced at a dealership. They are efficient, timely, and friendly. My service advisor Matthew explained exactly what services I might need now and in the near future without the annoying upsell I usually experience at other brand dealerships. The honesty and integrity at a dealership service department is important to me and Beck & Masten KIA is a leader in these categories!
Test drive turned into purchasing the car I have been wanting for over a year. Jason was attentive and didn't waste my time with details over my budget. Each person was nice & courteous. Finances were perfect for my budget & I couldn't be happier. So glad I stopped by. Highly recommend this Beck & Master location.
I was told it would take about 1 to 1/1/2 hours to complete work and it took over 2. Also I do not know if the work that was done or something else caused my steering to be way off now. Car now veers to the right badly were prior to the work done it did not.I will be following up on this issue this week
