Made an appointment thinking it would be quicker service, but it still took to long of a wait.
Had an appt at 8am for oil change 21/2 hours later finally left dealership. Customer service was terrible
I went to Beck and Masten Kia to check on my tags and was pleased that they came in and wee placed on the car. While I was waiting, I mentioned that I was behind a cement truck and had some cement splatters on the hood of my car. Well the service rep said he will take my car to detailing to see what could be done. He brought my car back and the splatters were removed. 5 star customer service. Highly recommend

Service department is sub par the advisors don't follow through before releasing a vehicle, they have a text app tonget updates and I have had no communication back from my advisor. Terrible customer service

The experience from purchasing through service has been great. Reinier was our Salesmen. He assisted us with putting down deposit that we wanted, while getting a newer car and lower mileage than the truck we originally came to see. Roger, in finance, worked behind the scenes to get us the best deal possible (I have subpar credit too). We were introduced to the service department at the time of purchase and set up our first scheduled oil change. When you bring your car in for service, they have loaners available as well. I highly recommend checking these guys out!

Absolutely unacceptable experience — avoid this dealership if buying online. I was in the middle of purchasing a vehicle. I had already submitted my credit application, they had agreed to my trade-in, and I had uploaded all requested documents. We were well into the process. Then — out of nowhere — I'm told the vehicle was sold to someone else who just walked into the dealership, even though I had started the process hours earlier. I went in for a transmission fluid on my Kia telluride and everything went good from the start my service advisors name was Morgo B and she was excellent the only issue I had was the status on the internet showed my vehicle still being serviced but was actually complete but that has nothing to do with the great service received thanks.
Our sales consultant was Muhammad Waqas Khan and we cannot recommend him enough to those that are looking for someone that is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get a deal on the car you have your eyes set on. He took good care of us and was able to answer to any concerns we have about the process that we all know is so difficult in purchasing a car. He was very transparent and wanted to help us to the best of his abilities.
I took my car for service today. I had a dentist appointment not to far from the dealer. My service advisor Jalal made sure to get an Uber to take me and bring me back while my car was being worked on. Great service.

I've always had great experiences with Jason Lucas as my service representative, but he was out at lunch when I arrived yesterday, so another girl took my appointment, and wow... I was not impressed. When getring there we where greeted by the sales person. Nick was very nice and we liked him right away. He showed us the car we where wanting to see. We then left to look at other cars at a different dealership but returned to kia since the kia was more comfortable.
I took my 2022 Kia Sportage in for its regular maintenance and oil change today and it was also due to have the brake fluid flushed so instead of waiting in the waiting area for five hours, they gave me a free Uber ride home. What I like about this dealership is that they were transparent about the used car I purchased. Mohammed was supportive every step of the way. I took a couple of days to complete my purchase because I wanted to test drive a similar vehicle at another dealership. I bought my Cadenza in 2017 - during the sale there was no harassment to buy. I have used them for all my service requirement and I have always been treated with respect, am advised if I am needing to have something else done to my car that is for my safety, I am give the cost and then it's up to me to decide. They service they do is just great and I would not take my car any other place. MY KIA LOVES THEM. I have used their pickup and delivery 1 time and it was great.
